The city today has a population of 3.1 million. The city is 260 km from Delhi and 240 km from Agra and forms the golden triangle of Delhi, Agra and Jaipur.

If you arrive at Jaipur airport you can take a taxi, MNIT Jaipur is nearly 5 Kms from airport. Get off close to MNIT Jaipur bus stop (just past MNIT Jaipur on your right). It’s a short walk from there to the Prabha Bhawan, MNIT Jaipur. Or you could take an auto.
If you arrive by train, you will almost certainly arrive at main Railway station. The easy way to MNIT from there is by prepaid auto / taxi. Alternatively regular city buses also ply, take a bus on route to (“JLN Marg”) which runs regularly from railway station (bus stop) to the MNIT Jaipur. If you would have to alight at Gandhi Nagar, from where it is a 20 minute walk to MNIT Jaipur. If you’re really keen on walking, it’s about 2 miles (3.2 km) from Gandhi Nagar station.
If you happen to arrive at Sindhi camp bus stand, the distance is slightly more (10 Km), again you can get to MNIT Jaipur by prepaid auto / taxi. Many buses come down towards MNIT Jaipur.
